Position Overview

The Wholesale Real Estate Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This person will embody our core values in his/her day to day process and be a networker that loves to be up to date on market changes.  Are you someone who loves to network? Have you been wanting to get a “foot in the door” in Real Estate? If yes, this opening is for you! 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Market/Promote properties on social media and actively engage social media forums
• List properties on MLS 
• Building rapport with buyers, overcome objections, and successfully negotiate contracts
• Actively recruit and strengthen investor relationships through networking
• Utilize and maintain network contacts in SalesForce
• Consistently negotiate the best deal for the company
• Inform team members on current market trends
• Continually self-educate on the state of the residential real estate market
• Actively recruit and network with agents in surrounding markets
• Act as liaison for buyer and seller communication and oversee property showings
• Execute contracts in a timely manner 
• Ensure all parties in contracts are in full understanding of expectations 

Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:

• Real Estate license preferred (not required)
• Excellent negotiator 
• Great verbal and non verbal communication 
• Ability to build rapport quickly 
• Deal evaluation skills 
• Great problem-solving
• Ability to create compelling marketing ads
• Excellent time management
