Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview: 

Are you looking for a sales job where almost every lead is warm or hot? TN Homebuyers has an open Inside Sales Representative position that can provide that! The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up on leads after the acquisition appointment. You will be making offers on residential properties, and following up with prospective sellers to get them under contract. This role will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong negotiation skills. You must also have strong organizational abilities to manage multiple overlapping tasks and responsibilities.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and send offers to sellers, as requested by Acquisition Specialists  
  • Monitor pipeline to prioritize leads and follow up
  • Communicate with sellers to overcome objections to get properties under contract
  • Respond to all seller email and text communications with a sense of urgency
  • Conduct a high amount of outbound calls daily to ensure a maximum return on lead potential
  • Identify changes in the Seller's motivation and challenges to reprioritize opportunities
  • Drive next action items to create a timely close on all properties 
  • Attend weekly in-person team meetings

Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:

  • 3 years of sales experience
  • Real estate acquisition experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiator 
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • Must have above-average computer knowledge (CRM, Google Suite)
  • Effectively communicate with both customer and sales team
