Position Overview
TN HomeBuyers is searching for an ambitious and driven Home Sales Specialist to become a part of our team. This is an incredible six-figure job opportunity for someone who thrives on taking initiative and getting results.
A successful candidate will be a go-getter, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must have strong attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask in order to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of their role.
The Home Sales Specialist will be responsible for listing all properties, prospecting prospective buyers, providing listing information, handling paperwork associated with sales transactions, following up with clients throughout the process, conducting market analysis, evaluating property values, preparing documents necessary for closings, negotiating terms of deals, responding to inquiries from other agents/brokers about listings as needed.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Your listings will be provided!
- Building rapport with buyers, overcome objections, and successfully negotiate contracts
- Actively recruit and strengthen agent relationships through networking
- Consistently negotiate the best deal for the company
- Elevate your sales skills through weekly coaching and accountability
- Continually self-educate on the state of the residential real estate market
- Conduct prospecting calls to local agents
Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:
- Licensed Agent
- 1-2 years of Real Estate experience
- Strong negotiating capabilities
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Quick to build rapport with potential customers
