Position Overview:

The Customer Sales Specialist handles seller leads and generates sales appointments with customers looking to sell a home. THis person will excel in customer rapport, consistent outreach, and follow-up, and have the ability to quickly build relationships with others. Are you someone who can start a conversation with anyone? Are you thinking about real estate but not sure where to start? If you thought yes to any of these questions, this position is for you.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering calls, pre-qualifying sellers, and identifying homes that meet buying criteria
  • Responding to Internet inquiries
  • Managing lead relationships via telephone, text, and email
  • Assisting customers by asking questions and listing carefully to their responses and needs
  • Converting leads into appointments for our Acquisition Specialists
  • Using market trends, comps, and data research to assess property value and condition
  • Following up regularly with prospective customers and returning email voicemail

Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Driven to get the job done in a timely and accurate manner
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • Must have above-average computer knowledge (CRM, Google Suite)
  • Effectively communicate with both customer and sales team
