Position Overview:

The Acquisitions Specialist is chiefly responsible for buying wholesale properties for investment and revenue generation. The Acquisitions Specialist is additionally responsible for making sound purchase decisions, representing the company well at all times, and providing an excellent customer experience. If you have the drive for and experience in sales and are looking to expand into Real Estate then this position could be for you!

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Going on seller appointments 
  • Making below market value offers on properties
  • Contracting wholesale real estate for investment
  • Making outgoing follow up calls to sellers in our CRM
  • Evaluating property values, repairs, and offer amounts
  • Actively works our CRM to ensure leads are being followed up with and no lead is left behind
  • Representing the company well by following our Core Values
  • Performing to key performance indicators standards as captured in the acquisitions scorecard
  • Providing a daily after action report and summary of the day’s activities
  • Participating in meetings as requested
  • Ensuring the following activities are occurring consistently

▫ Follow ups on seller prospect leads occur daily via phone, email, text, and mail

▫ Completes individual CRM follow-up tasks daily

▫ Ensures all new leads are contacted within 24 hours of receipt

▫ Adheres to best practices for follow up procedures

▫ Turns in required paperwork in a timely fashion

▫ Communicates with team members as needed through email, Teamwork messages and tasks
