Position Overview 

The Sales Support Agent is responsible for handling seller leads and generating sales appointments with customers looking to sell a home. This person must excel in customer rapport, consistent outreach and follow up, and have the ability to quickly build relationships with others. Do you have a proven track record in Internet or Phone Sales? If so then this position could be for you! 

Position Responsibilities 

  • Answering calls, pre-qualifying sellers, and identifying homes that meet buying criteria
  • Responding to internet inquiries
  • Managing lead relationships via telephone, text, and email
  • Assisting customers by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Converting leads into appointments for our Acquisition Specialists
  • Using market trends, comps, and data research to assess property value and condition
  • Following up regularly with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
  • Ability to to work evenings and occasional weekends

Ideal Candidate Experience and Skill-sets:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Maintain a positive demeanor while working in an extremely fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Driven to get the job done in a timely and accurate manner
  • Stay focused on results despite changing conditions
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • Apply common sense understanding and reasoning to any situation
  • Effectively communicate with both customer and sales team
